After every use, wash the intimate tunnel with warm water and mild alcohol-free body wash. Wipe the whole body gently with a soft damp cloth. Never soak the doll fully in water to avoid skeleton rusting. Air-dry completely in a cool shaded place, then coat the skin with special maintenance powder to prevent stickiness. Do not use alcohol, bleach or strong disinfectants, as they will crack and discolor the material.

Absolutely not. Silicone lube will permanently corrode and melt TPE material, leaving sticky, irreversible damage on the doll’s skin. Only water-based lubricant is safe for TPE dolls. Silicone dolls can occasionally use silicone lubricant, but water-based lubricant is still recommended for long-term service life.

Do not keep the doll in contorted, wide split or cross-legged poses for more than 3 hours continuously. Long-term fixed bending will leave permanent creases and indentations on the soft skin, and may deform or break the internal metal skeleton. Such man-made damage is not covered under the product warranty.

Store the doll in a room with a constant temperature of 15–24°C. Keep it far away from direct sunlight, heaters, open flames and bathroom dampness. High heat will soften and age the material, while low temperature makes it brittle and easy to crack; humid environments will breed mold and produce unpleasant odors.

This product is strictly for adult private use only. Minors are forbidden to access or touch the doll. Please store the doll in a locked cabinet out of children’s sight and reach. It is illegal to modify or dress the doll to resemble minors for shooting or sharing media content.

For small surface scratches, use the official matching repair paste included in your package. Clean and dry the damaged area first, then evenly apply the repair glue and let it air-dry naturally. If the skin tears severely or the metal skeleton breaks, stop using the doll immediately and contact our after-sales team; unauthorized disassembly will void all warranty services.
